Payment and Delivery

1) You can make (EUR) payment by Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

 

2) With your credit cards on our site

You can take advantage of our online payment opportunity for all kinds of credit cards. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, the refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.

 

3) Return of Order Fee

In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; We will refund the product price to your account and / or credit card within three working days. However, you need to report your bank account information and / or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's finance officials.

 

4) Delivery

We deliver the products you have ordered within the period agreed upon in our agreement in the e-mails. All information regarding delivery times will be provided at the time of correspondence. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.

Please provide your contact information in full so that the product delivery can be carried out without interruption.

The orders we have prepared will be sent electronically. After your orders are approved, preparation begins at the end of 1 (one) business day at the latest.

 

5) Payment Tracking

If the system in question cannot perform the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.

In case of any error at the specified address, a connection is made with the orderer regarding the order that cannot be delivered.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred.

We have a responsibility to the bank, where we use the credit card system, as well as the customer for the realization of the delivery.

After the order is received, it is accepted that we fulfill our duty completely.
